AWS Marketplace EULA Addendum — Buckets by ServerlessCreed

Current status: Buckets by ServerlessCreed is not represented here as currently available through AWS Marketplace. This Addendum becomes effective for an order only when an active Buckets by ServerlessCreed AWS Marketplace listing expressly references it.
This AWS Marketplace EULA Addendum (the “Addendum”) supplements the Buckets by ServerlessCreed End-User License Agreement (the “EULA”) and Terms and Conditions for an order placed through AWS Marketplace.
1. Parties and AWS's role
The software license is granted by Serverless Creed, a sole proprietorship organized under the laws of India, to the person or organization identified in the applicable AWS Marketplace order (the “Buyer”). Amazon Web Services, Inc. and its affiliates (“AWS”) operate the marketplace and billing channel but are not the licensor, developer, or provider of Buckets by ServerlessCreed. ServerlessCreed is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by AWS.
2. Order, listing, and precedence
The applicable AWS Marketplace order and listing specify the product, term, dimension, quantity, and marketplace price. The EULA governs installation and use of the desktop software; the Terms govern the service relationship; this Addendum governs Marketplace-specific ordering, billing, and entitlement matters. If they directly conflict, the applicable order controls first for its express commercial fields, then this Addendum for Marketplace-specific matters, then the EULA or Terms for their respective subject matter. AWS agreements govern the Buyer's relationship with AWS.
3. Marketplace entitlement and activation
After a qualifying order, the Buyer is directed to a registration page, provides a contact email, and signs in through the system browser. The one-time Marketplace registration token is consumed server-side and is never stored in a browser cookie. ServerlessCreed stores the Buyer AWS account ID, License ARN, product code, agreement and entitlement state, and an association to the authenticated account subject.
The Buyer must not share registration tokens, account sessions, device entitlements, or other activation material. Access may be limited by the quantity, users, devices, term, status, or dimensions stated in the listing and order.
4. Billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds
AWS bills Marketplace orders under the Buyer's AWS agreement and Marketplace terms. Renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follows the listing, the applicable order, and AWS Marketplace procedures. A direct Dodo Payments subscription is a separate billing source and is not automatically merged with or converted into a Marketplace order.
Cancellation or expiry of a Marketplace agreement can end or reduce the corresponding Buckets by ServerlessCreed entitlement after any period stated in the listing or required by AWS. Cancellation does not delete data in the Buyer's AWS account.
5. Customer AWS data and credentials
Buckets by ServerlessCreed is a desktop client. S3 requests go directly from the Buyer's desktop to the Buyer's AWS account using AWS credentials and IAM permissions selected by the Buyer. ServerlessCreed does not proxy or store S3 objects or transfer payloads. AWS access keys, secret keys, session tokens, and SSO tokens are not sent to ServerlessCreed.
The Buyer controls and is responsible for its AWS accounts, IAM permissions, bucket policies, resource configuration, backups, AWS charges, and all actions requested through the software. Details appear in the Trust Center and Privacy Policy.
6. Support and service levels
Unless the applicable Marketplace listing or a separately signed agreement states different commitments, support is provided on a best-effort basis at vidit@serverlesscreed.com, with no guaranteed response or resolution time and no contractual uptime percentage. AWS service availability is governed by the Buyer's agreement with AWS.
7. Security and updates
The Buyer should install supported releases, verify available publisher signatures and checksums, protect workstations, and use least-privilege, preferably short-lived AWS credentials. ServerlessCreed may require security updates or a minimum supported version for continued control-plane access. Current assurance status and vulnerability-reporting instructions are published in the Trust Center.
8. Suspension and termination
ServerlessCreed may suspend or terminate the corresponding entitlement when AWS reports that the order or agreement is inactive, expired, cancelled, invalid, or affected by fraud, or when the Buyer materially breaches the EULA, Terms, or this Addendum. Termination does not authorize ServerlessCreed to access or delete the Buyer's AWS resources.
9. Privacy
ServerlessCreed processes Marketplace registration, agreement, entitlement, account, device, operational, and support information as described in the Privacy Policy. AWS separately processes Marketplace and billing information under AWS's agreements and privacy notice.
